All items are made to order. Please allow 2- 5 weeks for production plus your selected transit days for shipping.  If you're shipping internationally, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. 

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

NOTICE:  There may be delays due to COVID-19.

Once we hand off your order to the shipping carrier we are no longer responsible for it.  We will do our best in any case to locate any lost orders but we only have access to the exact same information as the customer.  If you choose 1st class shipping via USPS please note they do not guarantee delivery times and USPS does not accept claims for lost 1st class packages.  If your package is lost by USPS we will reship the product for free however, the customer will be responsible for the second shipping fee. 

International customers are responsible for all import taxes and fees.

Yes, shipping will be a little more and the wait time is usually around three weeks. Some countries charge customs fees, in which case the receiver will be responsible to cover that cost upon arrival.  The best way to find out if we ship to your country is to add the items you want to the cart and fill in your shipping information.

NOTICE: International customers are responsible for all import taxes and fees. 

For best results with screen-printed items like ours, you should wash the items inside out with cold water, with like colors, and hang dry.

Do not iron over the designs, use high heat, or dry clean.

RETURNS 

WE HAVE A 30-DAY RETURN POLICY, WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ITEM TO REQUEST A RETURN. 

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT, UNWORN OR UNUSED, WITH TAGS, AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

REFUNDS 


WE WILL NOTIFY YOU ONCE WE’VE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED YOUR RETURN AND LET YOU KNOW IF THE REFUND WAS APPROVED. IF APPROVED, YOU’LL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED ON YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. PLEASE REMEMBER IT CAN TAKE SOME TIME FOR YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO PROCESS AND POST THE REFUND.

NO REFUNDS CAN BE MADE AFTER 90 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL ORDER DATE. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEPTION AND CONTACT US IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED OR IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM SO THAT WE CAN EVALUATE THE ISSUE AND MAKE IT RIGHT. 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 
WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS OR GIFT CARDS.

EXCHANGES
